Greetings, Adventurers.

 

We want to take this opportunity to express our most sincere gratitude to all of our Adventurers for the love and support you have shown for our global release. Even with all of your positive comments for the game, it is only natural that we are also met with high expectations to satisfy that enthusiasm.

 

For the past couple of days, we were met with numerous unfortunate circumstances that did not allow us to provide our Adventurers with the best possible user experience. While we are always working to make Black Desert Mobile the best game that it can be, we are also aware that the last few days were far from that.

 

For that, we want to express our apologies.

 

We are fully aware of all the issues that are currently limiting our Adventurers from playing Black Desert Mobile in its proper form. Various fixes to these problems are being worked on and will be implemented on our live servers shortly.

 

Our mission is to provide the best possible user experience for all of our Adventurers, and we are continuously working to make sure that we deliver in this aspect. We want to thank you for your patience, and we hope that you will continue to enjoy your adventures in Black Desert Mobile!
