① Please check your ‘Personal Verification Code’ which has been sent via your in-game mailbox.

② Access [Survey] to agree to the ‘Collection of personal information for prize delivery’ and fill out both personal information and personal verification code to complete the survey.
- The survey must be completed by January 20, 2021 at 17:00 (GMT-8)

③ Please reply to the e-mail after preparing the list of documents required.
- Required documents and collection period will be announced afterward.
※ In case the relative documents are not received by the deadline or denied due to certain circumstances for an individual country, the reward or prize will be replaced with an in-game reward with the same value as the prize.

- Pearl Abyss will take care of the delivery fee and the event prize may be delivered for more than 1 month depending on the country’s delivery situation.

- Pearl Abyss is not responsible for the problems due to the mistake of the participant such as filling out the wrong information and may request again to fill out the information needed.

- The prize is prohibited to be sold for commercial purposes.

- The event prize can be changed to a different product of same value according to the circumstances.

- The changes will be announced on the event page but to be informed through additional notices.

- Should there be any question regarding the event, please contact Black Desert Mobile Support Center

- The information collected to deliver the prize will be used. After 3 months from usage, all information will be deleted without prior notice.
