📢 How to register coupon & receive the Calpheon Edition

① Check your coupon code sent by e-mail.

· The e-mail will be sent to the particular address that you had submitted on the participation. Please contact [Customer Support] for inquiries.

② Sign up and log in through [Pearlabyss Store].

· The coupon will only be available after signing up on Pearlabyss Store.

③ Event → (EVENT) Calpheon Edition 

④ Enter coupon code on ‘Calpheon Event Coupon[Required]’ and click the [Buy Now] button 

※ Please be cautious while entering the code since the prize will only be shipped when the correct code is placed. 

⑤ Please enter the exact information required -address, zip code, receiver’s name, mobile no. Etc.- for the shipment.

⑥ Please agree with the “Return Policy”, and select [PLACE ORDER] to finalize the order.

※ Calphe:ON Ball Celebratory Black Spirits Goods are paid by Pearl Abyss.

- The Calpheon Edition will be distributed to the Adventurers who received the “coupon” as the winner of the 3 events of Calphe:On Ball for free.

- The shipment cost is free and will take a maximum of 1 month according to the circumstances of the arrival country.

- Pearl Abyss is not responsible for the problems due to the mistake of the participant such as filling out the wrong information.

- The prize is prohibited to be sold for commercial purposes.

- The event prize can be changed to a different product of same value according to the circumstances.

- The detail and period of the event is subject to change, and maybe revised and canceled due to the company’s circumstances. The changes will be announced on the event page but to be informed through additional notices.
