Greetings, Adventurers.  

After noticing the numerous responses from Adventurers across multiple platforms and thoroughly reviewing the facts involved, we regret to inform our Adventurers that there was a critical wording issue in our recent promotional video: [1-Year Anniversary Major Update] that was uploaded on our YouTube and Facebook channels yesterday. 

■ Wording Issue 

※ [Primal] Defense Gear Selection Chest x1 will be sent out to all Adventurers after maintenance on 12/15

We understand the effects of the above wordings that will have caused to the expectations of our Adventurers and the amount of disappointment it has ensued. 

We sincerely apologize to all our Adventurers for this mistake. 

While we have reviewed the possibility of providing the full set of Primal Gear despite the issue at hand, our team has concluded that the damage it would cause to the overall balance of the game in its current state would be too detrimental. 

Therefore, our team has decided to add an in-game event, which will provide all Adventurers an opportunity to obtain an additional Primal Gear, as compensation for the above issue. 

This event will begin in January, and more details will be provided via the Patch Notes before it is added to the game. 

On behalf of everyone at the Black Desert Mobile team, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience this may have caused. 

We will work diligently to make sure an issue of this manner does not occur again in the future.
