[November 2] CS Inquiry Platform Reorganization Notice

Greetings, Adventurers!  
This is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.

 

To respond to requests from our Adventurers, the ticket inquiry platform for Customer Support has been adjusted on Monday, November 2, 2020.

📢 Adjusted Platform for Customer Support

 

1. Inquiry has been adjusted to a chatbox format

- Inquiries and responses from CS have been improved to a chatbox format.
This will record all responses, which will make it easier to track an entire history for a specific inquiry.

 

2. “Start an Inquiry” thread function has been added

- Ticket inquiry has been restructured to add an inquiry from an existing ticket.
Select “Start an Inquiry” to access this feature.

Before: Only 1 inquiry can be processed in a CS ticket.

After: Multiple inquiries can be processed in a CS ticket.

 

※ Please Note

- If you want to submit another inquiry regarding a different topic from a previous ticket, please submit a new ticket using the “Submit an Inquiry” button.
