- Adventurers wishing to participate in the tournament should apply to join the preliminaries using the method stated above.
- After tapping [Apply to Join], the Guild Master/Officer can create a party room.
ㆍTen guild members can enter to form a party and participate in the preliminary matches.
- Only one party can participate per guild at a time during the tournament.
ㆍNo one else in the guild can enter a match if a guild party is already in a match.
ㆍOnce the match ends, a new party can be formed to join a match.
ㆍGuild members can participate in as many matches as possible during the schedule.

Standard Rules - Guild League matches last for 7 minutes.
Preliminaries - Your guild will be matched with an opposing guild of a similar score range when the match starts. ㆍ Your guild's score increases upon victory and decreases upon defeat. - You can check the rankings of all guilds participating in the preliminaries in real-time. - The top eight scoring guilds at the end of the preliminaries will advance to the quarterfinals.
- The ranks of all guilds participating in the Guild League Skirmish can be viewed in real-time. ㆍ More points are awarded if you win consecutively. However, this is not applied to points deducted from consecutive defeats. Group Stage - Guild League Masters quarterfinals will be conducted in a group stage format.
Single-elimination Tournament - The semifinals and finals will follow the single-elimination tournament format.

Match Room Invite - The tournament managers will create a room for Adventurers who advance to the quarterfinals and onwards on the day of the match and send invites. Check "Allow All" in [Settings] > [Game] > [Match Invite]! Please avoid areas where Arena content is not accessible (Guild Fortress, Great Ocean, and the like)!

2024 Guild League Masters Rules and Regulations
Chapter 1: Outline
1.1 Tournament Name: 2024 Guild League Masters

2.1 Official Rules Agreement
2.1.1 You must agree to the official rules in order to participate in the tournament.
2.1.2 By participating in this tournament, participants understand and agree to the rules and regulations.
2.1.3 A participant is defined as one who has been registered on the tournament table and is listed as someone participating in the 2024 Guild League Masters.
2.2 Application and Changes Regarding Official Rules
2.2.1 The basic rules for the 2024 Guild League Masters refer to the rules listed in this notice. However, the specifics of the rules are denoted by the information provided through the notice on the Official Forum.
2.2.2 The tournament managers may update, revise, or modify the official rules and regulations for any gameplay aspects deemed unreasonable in regards to the latest patch, version release, and other related details.
2.2.3 Participants are encouraged to regularly check the official rules and regulations for the tournament and will be responsible for any disadvantages that may come from not being aware of the most up-to-date information.
2.2.4 By participating in this tournament, participants agree to the changes made to the rules and regulations.
2.2.5 The tournament managers may determine the most reasonable measures to be taken for the tournament to proceed smoothly in case of circumstances not accounted for in the official rules and regulations and any notices.
Chapter 3: Participation Requirements
3.1 All participating teams and participants for the 2024 Guild League Masters must meet all of the following requirements. Participation will be restricted if the following requirements are not met.
3.1.1 Participating teams must be able to participate in every tournament, from the preliminaries to the finals.
3.1.2 Participants must have a Family eligible for participation in the tournament.
3.1.3 Participants may not use improper words or text in their guild names, character names, or Family names. Names will be considered improper according to Black Desert Mobile's Operational Policy. Should any improper names be confirmed, the name may be changed by the tournament managers.
3.1.4 Adventurers in teams advancing to the quarterfinals and beyond must participate via Discord to ensure smooth tournament operations and proper communication of tournament details. Participants are responsible for any disadvantages or match outcomes resulting from not joining Discord and missing important information.
Chapter 4: Streaming
4.1 The 2024 Guild League Masters may be livestreamed by the managers or content creators.
4.1.1 By participating in this tournament, participants understand and agree to the above.
4.1.2 The tournament managers will not be responsible for any disadvantages that come with the tournament being livestreamed.
4.1.3 The live-streamed footage may be used by Pearl Abyss or Adventurers for content creation.
4.2 Participants may livestream their own gameplay.
4.2.1 However, participants will be held responsible for the disadvantages that come from livestreaming. This will not change the tournament results.
4.3 Participants may use voice chat through a separate chat channel while the tournament is being held.
4.3.1 However, participants will be held responsible for any disadvantages that come with the usage of voice chat. This will not change the tournament results.
Chapter 5: Tournament Rules and Regulations
5.1 All tournaments will be held on the latest service update applied during the tournament period.
5.2 Tournaments will not be rescheduled in case of issues confirmed during the tournament, issues regarding network connection, issues and bugs that occur under other specific circumstances, etc.
5.2.1 The above issues also include issues that affect controls for individual participants and not just the overall tournament.
5.2.2 However, if the tournament managers decide that a tournament cannot be held, the tournament may be canceled for that day and rescheduled.
5.2.3 The tournament will continue even in the case of technical errors.
5.3 Participants must finish any preparations they were informed of prior to the tournament and be on standby.
5.3.1 Participants are responsible for all disadvantages and tournament results that occur due to not abiding by the above regulations.
5.3.2 Any participating guild that has not logged in or accepted the invite by the time the match begins will be disqualified from the 2024 Guild League Masters.
5.3.3 Any participating guild with fewer than 10 members who have logged in, accepted the invite, and are in the waiting room by the time the match begins will be disqualified.
5.3.4 If a member does not mark "Ready" by the time the match begins even when repeatedly asked to do so from the tournament managers, the guild and the member may be disqualified from the event. Participants will be responsible for the tournament results this leads to.
5.4 If participants wish to challenge decisions made by the managers, they may request a challenge to the managers through the tournament's official discord after the tournament ends. The event organizer will make the final decision regarding this challenge.
5.4.1 The challenge must be submitted once the relevant match ends, and before the next match of the participating guild.
5.5 Participants must enter the tournament with a stable network connection. Participants are responsible for any disadvantages or tournament results that occur from not participating with a stable network connection.
Chapter 6: Code of Conduct for Participants
6.1 All participants, tournament managers, and other related person(s) must be respectful and display good sportsmanship.
6.2 Participants must check the tournament schedule and check all preparations required for the tournament. They must also actively cooperate for the tournament to proceed smoothly.
6.3 Participants must adhere to the guidance of the managers and accept their decisions.
6.4 Participants must complete all preparations before the match begins.
6.5 We suggest that you do not change your Family name during the tournament period for the most optimal participation in the tournament.
6.5.1 Participants must inform the managers through the tournament Discord regarding changing their Family name.
6.6 Please do not do the following. You may be warned and restricted from participation depending on the decision made by the managers:
6.6.1 Disobeying the regulations and guidance of the organizer
6.6.2 Using swear words or offensive language
6.6.3 Intentionally provoking others through in-game system messages or other forms of communication
6.6.4 Abusing system errors and bugs
6.6.5 Utilizing unauthorized programs
6.6.6 Any form of result manipulation
6.6.7 Not actively participating in the match
6.6.8 Intentionally giving an advantage to the other team or causing a disadvantage for your team
6.6.9 Participating with another person's account or character in return for money, goods, services, or other forms of compensation.
6.6.10 Disrupting the tournament with content unrelated or related to the tournament.
Chapter 7: Measures for Violating Rules or Regulations치
7.1 When in violation of the rules or regulations for this tournament, you may be issued a warning, banned from chatting, or disqualified. Changes may also be made to tournament results, victories may be retracted, rewards could be confiscated, etc.
7.1.1 If you use swear words or offensive language in the tournament chat, not only will you be given a warning but you will also be restricted from chatting for a day.
7.1.2 You will not be given rewards and will be excluded from the final ranking if you are disqualified due to a violation of tournament rules and regulations. If a disqualified team advances to the semifinals or higher, the participating teams of lower ranks will move up a rank. However, the rank of a participating team that does not advance to the semifinals will not change.
7.2 Details not mentioned in this notice adhere to the [Black Desert Mobile Operational Policy].
7.3 Appropriate measures will be taken based on the decision of the managers in case the tournament is disrupted in cases not mentioned in the rules and regulations.
