[Notice] Regarding Great Desert Glory Quest

Greetings, Adventurer.

This is Black Desert Mobile Service Team

This is a notice regarding an issue where certain Adventurers could not obtain 'Aakman-Marked Core Piece' which is required to start and complete the Great Desert Shahzad story, "Great Desert Glory".

For this issue, it has been confirmed that there was an update last November 14 regarding the 169th quest in the Season Pass event, where the change of 'Defeat Enemies x500' to 'Story - Aal's Test' has affected Adventurers who have completed the quest before the update but have not yet completed the Aal's Story.

For Adventurers who are currently experiencing this issue, the following actions will be implemented.

Date: January 2024, from the dates below (Approximately 10 minutes)
- AMERICA: 1/2, 23:00 - 23:10
- EUROPE: 1/3, 08:00 - 08:10
- ASIA: 1/3, 15:00 - 15:10

Target: Adventurers who have completed 169th quest, "Defeat Enemies x500" before November 14 update but have not completed "Aal's Story".
Action: To resolve this issue, temporary restriction from the game and the required item 'Aakman-Marked Core Piece' will be sent through in-game mail.
- From the date of the announcement, target Adventurers will be sequentially restricted from the game for 10 minutes and implement the action to resolve the issue.
- During the implementation where game access is restricted, a pop-up message will appear, '[Customer Support] The request from the Adventurer is currently being resolved.'
- For Adventurers who are experiencing the pop-up message mentioned above, please relaunch the game app after 10 minutes.
- 'Aakman's Core' will be sent to target Adventurers through in-game mail. After collecting the item, you may now start to proceed with the quest, "Great Desert Glory" required to access Great Desert: Shazhad difficulty.
