[iOS] Troubleshooting for Facebook Login
Greetings, Adventurers.
This is the Black Desert Mobile service department.
We are aware of the issue where you cannot access the game when logging in through a synced Facebook account on iOS.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the above issue and access the game.
[How to Troubleshoot]
1. Go to the Facebook page through safari
2. Log out from the Facebook account
※ Log out of the Facebook App installed on your iPad
3. Access Black Desert Mobile and login with the synced Facebook account.
