After maintenance on Nov 21 (Tue) - Dec 4 (Mon), 23:59

▏Event Details
- Obtain [Merchants Ballot] from the "Help Velia Prepare for the Winter!" event.
- You can immediately obtain the rewards of the merchants with the reward of your preference you cast your [Merchants Ballot] for.
- The most voted merchants' rewards will be sent to all Adventurers' in-game mailbox after the event.
※ Rewards of the poll results will be distributed during the maintenance on Dec 5 (Tue), and only Families that have been created within the distribution period can collect them.
