- Access the website below and fill out a form in the proper format.
- Only one team from each guild can participate.

- Should multiple applications be submitted by the same guild, the details provided on the initial application will be used, even if subsequent forms had a different applicant.
ㆍ The Adventurer who submitted an application for their guild can cancel it through their account.
ㆍ Cancelation can be requested via [Support], with the cancelation period being identical to the application period.

Participation Requirements

- An additional notice may be sent to the Adventurer who submitted an application regarding their team, should the team not meet participation requirements.
ㆍOnce the notice reaches the submitting Adventurer, if no further changes are made to the application and it is not resubmitted over the application period, the team may be disqualified from the tournament.
- We suggest you do not change your Family name during the tournament period to ensure smooth participation in the tournament.

Participation Requirements

'- Only one team can participate per guild.
- Teams who can participate in all tournaments from the preliminaries to the finals.
- Adventurers who can form a team of 5 guild members from the maintenance on Nov 14 (Tue).
ㆍ Members of a guild cannot participate if they joined the guild for less than 7 days as of the update maintenance on Nov 14 (Tue), when the application period for the tournament begins. (Only guild members who have joined their guild before maintenance on Nov 7 (Tue) will be eligible to participate.)
- Adventurers who are not restricted access to the game due to a violation of Black Desert Mobile's Operational Policy in the recent 6 months.
ㆍ The above is based on Nov 20 (Mon), 23:59 when the application period ends.
- Adventurers who can participate through discord to receive details and guidance regarding the tournament.
ㆍ Details regarding the tournament will be provided through discord.
ㆍ Participation through discord is not mandatory. However, we are not responsible for any disadvantages that occur from not checking the details provided through discord.

Reward

The following rewards will be given based on the results of the 2023 Atumach Tournament.
ㆍ Guild rewards will be sent to the representative Adventurers of participating teams listed on the application form.
ㆍ Each of the participation rewards listed on the table are for one participant.

Introducing 2023 Atumach Tournament

⚔ Atumach (Watch Mode)
- Atumach (Watch Mode) will be available for the 2023 Atumach Tournament, and an equal duel system will be applied.
ㆍ Character stats for all participating Adventurers including CP, HP, Crit Chance, PvP Damage, Attack Speed, skill levels, and skill branch stats will be equalized. Fairy skills will not be applied.

Tournament Process Details

We are planning to provide the details of the tournament process through this notice after the groups are drawn on Nov 21 (Tue).

Tournament Details

- All tournaments will be held online.
- Participants may only use the class written on the submitted application form.
ㆍ You may only request to change your participating class between Nov 21 (Tue) and Nov 22 (Wed).
ㆍ The representative for each guild can post a request for Adventurer(s) who wish to change their participating class to the tournament managers through our official discord channel.
- The tournament managers will invite participants to a room that will be created on the day of the tournament.
ㆍ You can check the invite from the managers by going to [Settings] menu > [Game] > [Ramoness Invite] and selecting "Allow All."
ㆍ You cannot enter the waiting room for Atumach when your participating character is in an area where access to Arena content is restricted (Guild Fortress, Great Ocean, and more).
- For teams with less than 5 members, tournament participation can still be possible if at least 3 are present.
- If members do not accept the invitation by the time the tournament begins, and there are less than three members for a team in the waiting room, the team may be disqualified from the tournament.
- The tournament will begin without a given participant if they do not check "Ready" even after multiple requests from the managers to do so.
ㆍ If there are 3 or more members in a team who do not check "Ready" by the time the tournament begins, the team may be disqualified.
Tournament Rules and Regulations

- Measures may be taken according to our Operational Policy if it is confirmed that rules or regulations have been violated.
- You may be disqualified and excluded from receiving rewards if you forfeit the tournament or violate our regulations during participation.

2023 Atumach Tournament Rules and Regulations

Chapter 1: Outline

1.1 Tournament Name: 2023 Atumach Tournament

Chapter 2: Official Rules Agreement and Changes

2.1 Official Rules Agreement

2.1.1 You must agree to the official rules in order to participate in the tournament.

2.1.2 By participating in this tournament, participants understand and agree to the rules and regulations.

2.1.3 A participant is defined as one who has been registered on the tournament table and is listed as someone participating in the 2023 Atumach Tournament.

2.2 Application and Changes Regarding Official Rules

2.2.1 The basic rules for the 2023 Atumach Championship refer to the rules listed in this notice. However, the specifics of the rules are denoted by the information provided through the notice on the Official Forum.

2.2.2 The tournament managers may update, revise, or modify the official rules and regulations for any gameplay aspects deemed unreasonable in regards to the latest patch, version release, and other related details.

2.2.3 Participants are encouraged to regularly check the official rules and regulations for the tournament and will be responsible for any disadvantages that may come from not being aware of the most up-to-date information.

2.2.4 By participating in this tournament, participants agree to the changes made to the rules and regulations.

2.2.5 The tournament managers may determine the most reasonable measures to be taken for the tournament to proceed smoothly in case of circumstances not accounted for in the official rules and regulations and any notices.

Chapter 3: Participation Requirements

3.1 All participating teams and participants for the 2023 Atumach Tournament must meet all of the following requirements. Participation will be restricted if the following requirements are not met.

3.1.1 Only a single team from each guild can participate.
3.1.2 Participating teams must be able to participate in every tournament, from the preliminaries to the finals.
3.1.3 Participants must have a Family eligible for participation in the tournament.
3.1.4 Members of a guild cannot participate if they joined a guild for less than 7 days as of the update maintenance on Nov 14 (Tue), when the application period for the tournament begins. (Only guild members who have joined their guild before maintenance on Nov 7 (Tue) will be eligible to participate.)

3.1.5 Participants who have been restricted to accessing the game in the recent 6 months as of the application period end on Nov 20 (Mon), due to a violation regarding using in-game content and systems, cannot participate in the tournament. Being banned from chat in the last 6 months is not considered a participation restriction condition.

3.1.6 Participants may not use improper words or text in their guild names, character names, or Family names. Names will be considered improper according to Black Desert Mobile's Operational Policy. Should any improper names be confirmed, the name may be changed by the tournament managers.
3.1.7 The Adventurer representing the team must be able to participate through discord for the smoothest operation of the tournament and for proper delivery of details regarding the tournament.

Chapter 4: Streaming

4.1 The 2023 Atumach Tournament may be livestreamed by the managers or content creators.

4.1.1 By participating in this tournament, participants understand and agree to the above.

4.1.2 The tournament managers will not be responsible for any disadvantages that come with the tournament being livestreamed.

4.1.3 Livestreamed content may be used in a later video.

4.2 Participants may livestream their own gameplay.

4.2.1 However, participants will be held responsible for the disadvantages that come from livestreaming. This will not change the tournament results.

4.3 Participants may use voice chat through a separate chat channel while the tournament is being held.

4.3.1 However, participants will be held responsible for any disadvantages that come with the usage of voice chat. This will not change the tournament results.

Chapter 5: Tournament Rules and Regulations

5.1 All tournaments will be held on the latest service update applied during the tournament period.
5.2 Each participant may only be part of a single team during the tournament period.

5.2.1 Any participant who leaves a guild participating in the tournament or transfers guilds during the tournament period may be disqualified for participation.

5.3 Tournaments will not be rescheduled in case of issues confirmed during the tournament, issues regarding network connection, issues and bugs that occur under other specific circumstances, etc.

5.3.1 The above issues also include issues that affect controls for individual participants and not just the overall tournament.

5.3.2 However, if the tournament managers decide that a tournament cannot be held, the tournament may be canceled for that day and rescheduled.

5.3.3 The tournament will continue even in the case of technical errors.

5.4 Participants must finish any preparations they were informed of prior to the tournament and be on standby.

5.4.1 Participants are responsible for all disadvantages and tournament results that occur due to not abiding to the above regulations.

5.4.2 Any participating team with less than 3 members who have accepted the invite and are in the waiting room by the time the tournament begins will be disqualified.
5.4.3 However, the starting time for certain tournaments may be adjusted if the tournament managers decide it is reasonable to adjust the time.
5.4.4 The tournament will begin without participants who don't check "Ready," even when repeatedly asked to do so from the tournament managers. If there are 3 or more members who haven't marked "Ready" by the time the tournament begins, the participating team may be disqualified. Participants will be responsible for the tournament results this leads to.

5.5 If participants wish to challenge decisions made by the managers, they may request a challenge to the managers through the tournament's official discord after the tournament ends. The event organizer will make the final decision regarding this challenge.

5.5.1 The challenge must be submitted once the relevant match ends, and before the next group's match.

5.6 You can re-enter the tournament if the game app closes during the tournament, but any individual points obtained will disappear.

5.6.1 To prevent this, participants must enter the tournament with a stable network connection. Participants are responsible for any disadvantages or tournament results that occur from not participating with a stable network connection.

Chapter 6: Code of Conduct for Participants

6.1 All participants, tournament managers, and other related person(s) must be respectful and display good sportsmanship.

6.2 Participants must check the tournament schedule and check all preparations required for the tournament. They must also actively cooperate for the tournament to proceed smoothly.

6.3 Participants must adhere to the guidance of the managers and accept their decisions.

6.4 Participants must complete all preparations before the tournament begins.

6.5 We suggest that you do not change your Family name during the tournament period for the most optimal participation in the tournament.

6.5.1 Participants must inform the managers through the tournament discord regarding changing their Family name.

6.6 Please do not do the following. You may be warned and restricted from participation depending on the decision made by the managers:

6.6.1 Disobeying the regulations and guidance of the organizer

6.6.2 Using swear words or offensive language

6.6.3 Intentionally provoking others through in-game system messages or other forms of communication

6.6.4 Abusing system errors and bugs

6.6.5 Utilizing unauthorized programs

6.6.6 Any form of result manipulation

6.6.7 Not actively participating in the match

6.6.8 Intentionally giving an advantage to the other team or causing a disadvantage for your team

6.6.9 Participating with another person's account or character in return for money, goods, services, or other forms of compensation.

Chapter 7: Measures for Violating Rules or Regulations

7.1 When in violation of the rules or regulations for this tournament, you may be issued a warning, banned from chatting, or disqualified. Changes may also be made to tournament results, victories may be retracted, rewards could be confiscated, etc.

7.1.1 If you use swear words or offensive language in the tournament chat, not only will you be given a warning but you will also be restricted from chatting for a day.
7.1.2 You will not be given rewards and will be excluded from the final ranking if you are disqualified due to a violation of tournament rules and regulations. If a disqualified team makes it to the semi-finals or higher, the participating teams of lower ranks will move up a rank. However, the rank of a participating team that does not make it to the semi-finals will not change.

7.2 Details not mentioned in this notice adhere to the details in [Black Desert Mobile Operational Policy].

7.3 Appropriate measures will be taken based on the decision of the managers in case the tournament is disrupted in cases not mentioned in the rules and regulations.
