Greetings, Adventurers.
In order to provide a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our Adventurers, our team has taken action against accounts that have attempted to gain an unfair advantage over other Adventurers by violating the operational policy regarding Bug Abuse

Bug Abuse |
“Bug Abuse” refers to the following: (1) An act of gaining advantages or causing damage to other members by abusing game errors or service errors. Example) An act of gaining profit by repeatedly buying and selling the items the sales price of which is higher than the purchase price. Example) An act of reproducing an item by abusing a game error. (2) An act of affecting the game balance or game system by abusing game errors or service errors. Example) An act of abusing program errors to shut down a server. |

Any Adventurers found to have intentionally attempted to gain an unfair advantage will face disciplinary actions as a violation of our [Operational Policy]. This includes the potential of permanent deletion of the account.
If you suspect another player is cheating or using any unauthorized 3rd party programs, please report to Customer Support (https://world.pearlabyss.com/Support). Our team is actively monitoring cheating and abuse, and we will continue to do our best to keep a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our Adventurers.
ARTICLE 22 OBJECTION TO THE USE RESTRICTION
22.1 If a Subscriber disagrees with the Company's restrictions on the use of the Game Service, the Subscriber must submit a written complaint to the Company stating the grounds for objection within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice. |
