This is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.
There will be a CS Reorganization on May 3, 2022 (Tue) in order to expedite our ability to answer adventurers that visit the customer center.
In order to ensure proper understanding of an adventurer's situation, inquiry types have been subdivided and our complicated item restoration process has been simplified. Details for CS reorganization can be found below.
The system reorganization will be applied after completing CS maintenance on May 3, 2022 (Tue). Check the following for the main reorganization changes.
■ Subdivided Inquiry Categories
Previously, all inquiry categories were available even without being logged in.
In this process, when receiving inquiries, there were cases where some information did not match the actual Family name due to incorrect information having been entered. This would make it necessary to submit the inquiry again.
Thus, in order to provide faster and more accurate communication, categories that required more detailed game information can now be queried after logging in.
Also, in order to make it easier for adventurers who need help with restoring an item due to accidentally selling it, etc., we have categorized the [Restoration] category into broader categories for greater accessibility.

■ Total Item Restoration Allotment & Simplified Process
Black Desert Mobile provides a restoration service to help with the adventurer’s journey according to our operation policy, to the extent that data and information can be confirmed through objective means to settle accidental losses of an item, provided that CS is contacted within 7 days.
However, to best provide this restoration service, we had to notify that the player is using one of the given annual restoration service allotments per Family, and how materials or items gained from the unwanted selling of the item needed to be retreived. Restoration would only be available after submitting the item restoration agreement.
However, this process proved rather cumbersome and exacerbated the time it would take for items to be retrieved. This is why the process has been simplified.
When selecting the [Restoration] category, you can now select detailed categories to make more straightforward requests. Within a given inquiry, notices for each type of restoration, and the agreements therein, are all provided at once so that the restoration process can be completed through a single inquiry.
In addition, to repay the love Black Desert Mobile has received over the years, we decided to increase the total allotment of restorations one can have. Thus, the annual restoration service limit has been increased to 5 times per Family.

- Restoration services can now be provided up to 5 times per Family annually.

ㆍ Restoration service limits will be based on the date of the inquiry.
If the item you want to restore is not included in the detailed restoration request category, please submit an inquiry in the [Restoration - Others] category and we will check the detailed information and guide you through the process.
