1) Sign up and login to the Pearl Abyss Store.
- CalpheON Ball merchandise event will take place in the Pearl Abyss Store.
2) Click 'CalpheON Ball Goods' banner from the main screen.
3) Enter the CalpheON Ball Goods coupon sent to you via your in-game mailbox in the 'Register Coupon' tab on the event application page.
- You must enter the correct coupon number to register your CalpheON Ball merchandise shipping address.
ㆍ The CalpheON Ball coupon number is 10 digits.
4) Please select the size of the sweater you wish to receive and the Black Desert Badge (PC, Console or Mobile).
📌 The Sweater and Black Desert Badge will be made according to your registered shipping information by Jan 16, 2021 (KST).
📌 If the coupon code is registered after Jan 16, 2021 (KST), the sweater size and Black Desert badge may be randomly designated and shipped.
5) CalpheON Ball merchandise will be delivered in sequential order, and shipping costs, public charges, and tax will be paid by Pearl Abyss with with our thanks.
- Please note that the shipping company may contact the adventurer if cost-related documents or other materials are required.
6) Enter the correct information (address, postal code, reciever's name, mobile phone number, Tax ID (Tax Identification Number), etc.) for shipping the CalpheON Edition products.
📌 There may be countries and regions where Tax ID (Tax Identification Number) input is not required.
📌 In the case than an incorrect Tax ID (Tax Identification Number) was written, customs clearance can be suspended and shipping may be delayed due to re-examination, etc.

- Please note that details such as color of the merchandise to be given out as an event gift cannot be selected by the winner and are randomly assigned.
- It may be necessary to pay customs duties incurred for in-kind compensation when shipping CalpheON merchandise. Please note that if the customs duty is not paid, it may be returned.
- For shipping in-kind prizes, the winner's shipping information is collected, and the winner's consent must be obtained when collecting.
- CalpheON Ball merchandise is provided free of charge only to the ones who had a coupon given to them at the CalpheON Ball pre-event.

- Shipping of this product is free, and we are not responsible for any delivery accidents caused by the negligence of event participants, such as writing an incorrect address or other delivery information.
- The event coupon can only be used once per Pearl Abyss Store account, and resale of this product for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Event prizes may be changed to other products of equal value without prior notice depending on internal circumstances.
