The Patch Notes for the update on August 3 (Tuesday) are here!

 

In this update, we’ve added new content, events, bug fixes, and overall improvements to the game.
See below for more details about this update.

■ Lahn/Crimson Lily Pre-registration

Black Desert Operations Team: We are honored to introduce Lahn and Crimson Lily, which we know many Adventurers have been waiting for. We are always grateful for your enthusiastic interest and support and we, the Black Desert Mobile Team, will continue doing our best!

- Pre-Creation for Lahn and Crimson Lily is available.
※ Pre-created characters will be available after the upcoming August 17 update.

 

■ New Chaos Zone

- Added new Chaos areas, Cantusa and Titium.
- Added the Fourth Tale of Valencia 'The History of Titium Valley'.
- With the addition of Cantusa, the frontline zone and the secondary zone have been changed.

 

▷ Before change
- Frontline Zone: Crimson Crescent Altar
- Secondary Zone: Crescent Labyrinth

- Frontline Zone: Cantusa Outlaw Zone
- Secondary Zone: Crescent Wasteland

 

- As the frontline zone has been changed, the recommended combat power of the Crimson Crescent Altar has been changed to 16,500 and the rewards have been adjusted.
- As the secondary zone has been changed, the recommended combat power of the Crescent Labyrinth has been changed to 15,500 and the rewards have been adjusted.
※ Repeatable quests received from the Ancient Beacon in the Chaos Zone are counted only when you defeat the enemy in Elion's Realm.

 

 

■ Chaos Rift

- A Chaos Rift has occurred in Titium Gorge, where Hadum and Elion collide the most.
※ The entry CP suggested for Chaos Rift is variable according to each server's [Mercenary] standard rating.

- In the Chaos Rift where powerful monsters appear, you can obtain special items such as [Akhram Prophecy] and [Chaos Filled Secret Book Chest].
- You can only obtain [Akhram Prophecy] in Chaos Rift.
- [Akhram Prophecy] can be used when Chaos Gear Awakened Enhancement occurs, and the success rate is increased by 50% or 100%.

 

- To enter the Chaos Rift, you must use [Harmony Scroll] to protect yourself from the Rift.
- The effect of the [Harmony Scroll] lasts for a total of 60 minutes, and when the duration of the effect ends, you will continue to be heavily damaged.
- [Harmony Scroll] can be purchased for 950 million silver from the Chaos Rift Watcher at the entrance of Titium Gorge.
- [Harmony Scroll] can be purchased 10 times per week per family.
- [Harmony Scroll] must be used within 7 days of purchase and cannot be used after the expiration date.
※ Please note that Hot Time items are not applied in Chaos Rift.

 

■ New Treasure: Trent Axe

- We have added Trent Axe, a new treasure in Orzeca's Garden.
- Having it in your inventory will change the appearance of the axe. You can log an available spot for as much stamina as you have.
ㆍ It does not apply if it is in Horse Inventory, Storage, etc.
- Trent Axe Effect also applies in Temple of Ohm.
- Trent Axe Effect only applies to characters who have it in the Inventory.
ㆍ e.g. When in character A's bag, this effect only applies to character A. In order to apply it to other characters in the family, the treasure must be moved to Horse Inventory or Storage.

 

■ Remaining Time for Great Desert
- A function has been added to increase the desert adventure time from 5 hours to 10 hours upon using Life Plus items.
※ At the end of the Life Plus period, any remaining time for Great Desert will be maintained, and purified water will not be usable until remaining time is 5 hours or less.

 

■ Save Location

- General UI regarding saving location pop-up has been improved.

 

- Improvements have been made so that the location can be checked on the world map by removing the coordinates from the location storage slot when saving the current location in the desert and adding a button to check position.

 

■ Class Recommendation Function

- Added a function to answer a few simple questions when creating a character and receive a class recommendation that suits your preference.
· After you answer 3 or 4 questions, we will recommend a class that suits your preference.
· You can also check the class ranking of what other Adventurers have created on the survey results screen.

 

■ Craft
- Improvements have been made so that several can be made at once when crafting the Chaos Jewel and Dimensional Crystal in the crafting menu.

 

■ Item
- We have changed the weight of Badge of Glory, Dark Energy Chest, Totem Chest, Crystallized Totem, Chaos Crystal, Alyaelli Fragment, Shadow Knot and Cron Stone to 0.

 

■ Class
▷ Corsair
- Fixed the Nova's mace sound effect when selecting Corsair in Preview Gear.
▷ Void Knight
- Void Knight skill icon displaying the wrong image has been fixed.

▷ Phantasma
- Fixed the problem where the stealth state was not disabled when using "Twin Slash".

 

■ Great Desert
- Fixed the issue where, at times, when encountering Arzani related quests around the Great Desert, UI would continue to appear near Aakman Temple even after the quest was completed.
- Fixed interruptions in the Desert Exploration Log tutorial.

 

■ Boss Rush
- Fixed the issue of the monster intermittently climbing on the tree and being impossible to proceed in Gehaku Boss Rush/Hadum Boss Rush.

 

■ World Boss
- Fixed the issue where Knowledge EXP was not displayed in the World Boss failure result window.

 

■ Item
- Fixed the issue where Elion's Blessing time was displayed abnormally in the death window if you die after using it with 1 Elion's Blessing remaining.
