📣 Date on Collecting Agreement of Personal Information
July 23(Friday), 2021 - August 1(Sunday), 23:59 GMT-8 August 8 (Sunday), 23:59 (GMT-8) (Updated on August 2)

📣 Event Delivery Date
- The rewards are expected to be delivered in August after collecting all required documents
※ The delivery can take up to 1 month to arrive.
❗ Notice
- The event prize mentioned above includes taxes and utility charges (22% of the prize value) and will be covered by Pearl Abyss Corp. However, any customs duties will be imposed on the Adventurers who are to receive the prize.
- Agreement to collection/use of personal; information including a copy of Identification Card(ID such as driver’s license, passport, etc) is required for reporting tax fees and identity verification
- The delivery fee of the event prize is waived and may take up to 1 month depending on an individual country’s circumstances.
- Pearl Abyss will not be responsible for shipping issues caused by the negligence of event winners, such as incorrect delivery information (incorrect address, postal code, phone number, etc).
- The event prize can be changed to a different product of the same value according to the circumstances.
- The detail and period of the event is subject to change and may be revised and canceled due to the company’s circumstances. The changes will be announced on the event page but to be informed through additional notices.
