We hope you had fun at the <Black Desert Heidel Ball> we held for all platforms last Saturday on June 19!

Although we could not meet everyone in person, we were able to enjoy the ball and made precious memories through the online live stream. It was indeed a very special occasion!

Again, we would like to express our gratitude to all who participated in the Heidel Ball.

- A notice will be sent via in-game [Mail] after the official result is announced. The expected announcement date is June 24 (Thursday). 
- We will also contact winners through Black Desert Mobile’s Official Discord.

📣 Notice Regarding Heidel Ball Package Coupon Code  
- Please refrain from changing your Family Name from the date of the announcement until the delivery of the prizes.  

- Sending out a notice via in-game [Mail] may not be possible should Adventurers change their Family name, which can hinder the process of sending out the prizes. 

 ❗ Reminders   

- Winners will be able to claim the Heidel merchandise through the coupon code sent to winners from the Heidel Ball pre-events. 

- The winners of Heidel Goods can be found on the Official Website. 

- There is no delivery fee for the prizes, and the delivery may take up to 1 month. 

- We do not take responsibility for any problems arising from incorrect addresses provided by Adventurers. 

- Prizes are prohibited from being sold for commercial purposes. 

- The coupon code can be used only once per account in the Pearl Abyss Store. 

- The event prize may be replaced with a different product of the same value according to the circumstances. 

- Details and the period of the event are subject to change, and may be revised or canceled due to future circumstances. Any changes will be announced on the event page.
