- Only selected Adventurers can join the online audience of <Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Heidel Ball >. Uninvited or 3rd party members will be removed and will be unable to join again.

- Online audiences must use the Zoom app in order to participate in <Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Heidel Ball >. We will share more details on how to participate through a separate announcement for the Adventurers that have been selected to be part of the online audience.

- To ensure all Adventurers get a fair chance, please notify us if you cannot participate on the day of the event. You can contact Customer Support in the event that you are unable to do so.

- The event and schedule can be subject to change depending on certain circumstances.

- The content of the prizes can be subject to change and may be done so without prior notice.

- Any online audience member that engages in inappropriate behavior during the event may be removed immediately.

- The event period and details may be changed, edited, or canceled at any time. Any changes made to the event will be announced through an upcoming event notice.

- In the event that there are game restrictions placed on a user for violating the Terms of Service before the prize is sent out, they will be disqualified and prizes will be withheld.
