After issuing numerous suspensions on 12/26, upon thorough reevaluation, a small margin of error has been detected that may have also affected Adventurers who have not committed a suspension-worthy offense. As a result, the suspensions that were issued on 12/26 will be reverted to prevent any possibilities of Adventurers who may have been wrongly punished. We are currently in the development of a more sophisticated detection method and will impose actions without notice once development is complete.
Simply playing Black Desert Mobile using unmodified emulators does not violate our Terms of Service nor Operational Policy. However, any forms of usage of modified emulators or functions that are not provided in-game violate our policies and may result in suspension. As such, we recommend using mobile devices when playing Black Desert Mobile.
※ Compensation will be sent to Adventurers who were wrongly affected by this course of action.

In order to provide a safe and fair gaming environment for our Adventurers, our team has taken action against accounts that have attempted to gain an unfair advantage over other Adventurers from using illegal programs and macros.

(3) An act whereof repeatedly doing action like an illegal program and shown in the game data. (4) An act of using programs from another creator that was not authorized by the company. |

Any Adventurers that are found to have purposefully gained unfair advantages, which violates our Terms of Service, will face disciplinary actions. This includes the possibility of permanently losing their account.
If you suspect that another user is cheating or using any 3rd party programs please report them to our Customer Support. Our team is also actively monitoring against cheating and abuse, and we are trying our best to keep a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our Adventurers.
