All Adventurers created before 21:00 March 17, 2021(Server Time) will receive additional compensation.

This is to notify an issue regarding [Ancient Kutum] entry (on March 17) and follow-up compensations.

📢 Details

- An issue where entry to [Ancient Kutum] in Kutum’s Grave was not possible between 20:00 – 21:00 (Server Time) (Expected time schedule is 19:00~21:00)

📢 Compensation

1. Adventurers who have not defeated [Ancient Kutum] but completed the family quest [The Opening of the Desert]

- [Kutum Raid Scroll x1] will be sent via [Mail] to Adventurers affected by this issue.

2. Adventurers who have not defeated [Ancient Kutum] but have consumed [Nesser’s Blessing] between [20:00 ~ 21:00] server time.

- Nesser’s Blessing] will be refunded via [Mail] based on the amount consumed.

3. [Defeat Ancient Kutum] Event

- Due to this issue mentioned, the event will be extended for 1 more week to give Adventurers extra time.

We apologize for the inconvenience our Adventurers have experienced. This issue will be fixed after the next update and [Ancient Kutum] will be normally open between 19:00 ~ 21:00.

We have confirmed numerous reports regarding an access restriction to World Boss: Kutum on March 17. 

Here is what we currently have to announce regarding this issue, and more details will follow through a separate notice. 

📢 Details 

- An issue where World Boss: Kutum could not be accessed from March 17(Wed), 20:00 ~ 21:00 (Server Time). · 
· This issue was caused by a data input error that occurred during March 16 maintenance 

📢 Fix Date 

- The issue is expected to be resolved after March 23 maintenance. You will be able to access World Boss: Kutum as normal after this maintenance. 

📢 Compensation 

- There will be compensation for Adventurers who were affected by this issue.

The details of the compensation are currently under discussion and will be announced through a separate notice.
